The Personal Data are kept by Apha-bet, in any case during the duration of the relevant agreements and for a period equal to the statutory period of limitation thereafter. In addition, Personal Data is kept for as long as required by law and no longer than necessary for the processing purposes described above.

7. Your rights

You are entitled to request from us access to and rectification or erasure of Personal Data or restriction of processing or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability; For this purpose you should send your dated and signed request to Alpha-bet, Antwerpsesteenweg 994 bus 101, 9040 Sint-Amandsberg (Gent), enclosing a copy of your identity card[2], or you can contact Alpha-bet via email at contact@alpha-betlottery.com and furnish your email with an electronic signature.

Any dispute or claim relating to this Privacy Statement and the processing of Personal Data shall be governed by Belgian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district where Alpha-betis located (Belgium).
